At Aroma 247, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used essential oils or opened personal care products.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
How to Request a Return

- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or Lost Items

- Include photos of damaged packaging or products for faster resolution.
