Return & Refund Policy – Aroma 247

At Aroma 247, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used essential oils or opened personal care products.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@aroma-247.com.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@aroma-247.com.pk within 7 days.
  • Include photos of damaged packaging or products for faster resolution.
